i would like to know how can i get a duel with some one, cause i am new here?

Ok good question , there is actually many ways to duel some one here i will give you many examples
The 1st method chat box: log in to the chat box and challenge somebody there say like"Who want to duel me" or something like this.
The 2nd way DN names : go to member list you will see all the new and old members registered on the academy open there profile and copy then paste there DN names from the academy to dueling network you can add them as friends too if you see any one online challenge him then post the results in dueling arena please read all the Rules in the academy carefully.
The 3rd way privet messages: always try to make a friends here and once you want challenge any one send him a privet message or pm him on DN.
The 4th way: actually I decided to make a section to post challenges this will make it easier to find one to challenge him.

where can i get permission to enter a classroom

lol its class room for every members here every one can inter the class room and read all the lessons there but if you was mean you want to post a lesson in class room you have to be a teacher here or one of our work crew if you like to be a teacher you must pm me first then i will get you the permission to post lessons in class room
